DCP Abba Kyari Sue NDLEA, Over Detention

Disgrace Nigeria’s super cop, Deputy Commissioner of Police, DCP, has filed a lawsuit against the heads of the NDLEA over his continued detention.

The news: Mr. Abba Kyari, the suspended DCP, who has been in detention at the NDLEA over his alleged involvement in hard drug trafficking wants the court to grant him bail in liberal conditions.

The lawsuit: A suit captioned FHC/ABJ/CS/182/22, as reported by Daily Post, Kyari who was arrested by men of the Nigerian Police Force last week is seeking an order of the court to immediately release him.
