Marlian artist Mohbad has been released from the custody of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) after being arrested with his friends on Wednesday night.
The 24-year-old Ilerioluwa Oladimeji was released on Thursday night, leaving his label mates behind at the NDLEA torture room.
According to Naira Marley, whose four artists were arrested while he was out of the country in the United States, said; “injustice is unfair”.
“What is happening to my brothers is disgusting.
The injustice is unfair and this is beginning to look like a pattern. First me now my artists.
Free Zinoleesky, free shubomi, free micee and dosky
NDLEA have released Mohbad after physically assaulting him, Zinoleesky is still in custody.
The boys are under a lot of stress after being ambushed in the middle of the night with no warrant.
I’m urgently returning to lagos now now now“
In a viral video on Instagram sighted by Mandy News, Mohbad can be heard screaming for help while also giving notice to the public that his life is at risk.
He said; “If anything happens to me, they should hold Marlian responsible.”
This has led to several questions on social media, with some saying it seems Mohbad snitched on his friends just the same way 6ix9ine did.
“Why will two people get arrested and only one will be released? What do you have to say about MohBad going on IG live this evening saying his life is being threatened too,” one Twitter user asked Naira Marley.
