Why Was Mrs Omobolanle Raheem Shot?
According to the information we have gathered, the police officer who is from Ajiwe station saw Mrs. Omobolanle Raheem and her husband driving home from a Christmas church service.
According to reports, her husband was the one behind the wheel and Barrister Omobolanle was seated next to him in the front.
The police then requested that they stop, and it was learned that they had to have the car in front move in order for them to park properly.
Right away, the policeman fired a close-range shot into her chest. The remaining police officers on the scene there fled after learning what had occurred.
But several Nigerians have turned to social media to express their outrage over the murder of the lawyer, who was killed in Ajah, a well-liked neighborhood in Lagos, along the Lekki-Epe Expressway.
We are hopeful that the Nigerian government would take action to stop the police killing civilians on a regular basis.
