Joe Biden, former U.S. vice president and presumptive Democratic nominee in the 2020 presidential election on Tuesday, announced he chose California Senator Kamala Harris as his running mate.
Recall eight women accused Joe Biden of sexual assault and harassment in the past.
On May 1 Joe denied the allegation by a former Senate aide, Tara Reade, who says he sexually assaulted her in 1993, TIME reports.
On April last year, Kamala Harris said she believes Biden’s accusers.
“I believe them and I respect them being able to tell their story and having the courage to do it,” Kamala Harris said at a presidential campaign event in Nevada.
