BAMAKO, Mali (MANDYNEWS) — Mali’s former president Ibrahim Boubacar Keita has died at the age of 76.
Keita was overthrown by the military in 2020 after a tumult seven-year rule.
The former advisor to the President confirmed Keita’s death on Sunday in a statement in which he said the ousted politician died at home in Bamako.
