- Malians came out in droves to protest against French Imperialism and ECOWAS’ sanctions on Mali.
- They marched in solidarity with the Assimi Goita adminstration on January 14.
- The administration has opposed and stifled France’s influence in the country.
Thousands of protesters staged an anti-France rally in the Mali capital, Bamako, on Friday to demand the French government to leave the country.
The united marchers are indisputably saying no more to neocolonialism and imperialism and directive that France leaves the country.
Recall days ago Mandy News report that the leaders of ECOWAS sanction Mali for over-delayed elections including border closures and a trade embargo.
There have been almost daily massive & peaceful demonstrations throughout Mali in recent weeks.
The protesters said ECOWAS’s sanction against Malian people is illegal, unfair & inhumane.
