Bashir Mangal, the CEO of Max Air, has kicked the bucket.
The man who died was the younger brother of Dairu Bara’u Mangal, chairman of Max Air and a business magnate.
He passed away when he was 60 years old.
According to a statement by the airline’s media consultant, he died suddenly in Abuja in the early hours of December 23 following a brief health problem.
Atiku Abubakar, the presidential candidate for the Peoples Democratic Party, reacted to the news by stating that the late aviation expert was renowned for his commercial acumen and sense of patriotism.
