Nana Akufo-Addo Defeats Mahama Again For Re-election

The incumbent President of Ghana Nana Akufo-Addo defeats again former president John Mahama in the 2020 ghana presidential election.

Mr Nana polled 6,730,413 votes representing 51.59% to defeat his main rival, John Dramani Mahama who pulled 6,214,889 representing 47.36%.

Mr Addo won his first election in December 2016 as a candidate of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), defeated John Mahama who only served as president for a single term.

Akufo-Addo beats Mahama by 515,524 votes difference.

The total valid vote cast is 13,434,574 representing 79% voter turn up.
