381 new confirmed cases and 4 deaths were recorded in Nigeria on Thursday.
Nigeria, the most populous country in Africa has now more confirmed cases of the coronavirus COVID-19 than that in 151 countries and territories around the world, with the total number of infections hitting 3,526, according to data.
On the 7th of May 2020, – Lagos, Nigeria, the largest city in Africa, and one of the fastest-growing cities on the planet, recorded 183 new cases which give the total of 1,491 in the city.
As at the time of this report, Nigeria now has the highest death cases and confirmed cases in Sub-Saharan Africa.
