The Citizen Security patrol arrested on Sunday a 22-year-old Cameroonian man who was walking completely naked through the streets of the Ciutat Vella neighbourhood in Barcelona, Spain.
It was gathered the Cameroonian was arrested for an alleged assault on a woman in an apartment in the Barcelona neighbourhood, according to the police.
In a video obtained by MandyNews.com, the 22-year-old man from Cameroon was sighted accompanied by a woman without clothes and apparently under the influence of alcohol.
The report said a Citizen Security patrol found them in the middle of the street around 1:00 p.m this Sunday.
At the time of this report, the young Cameroonian was arrested by the police and taken to the hospital centre, EL ESPAÑOL said.
