Primate Elijah Ayodele, the leader of the INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, warned Vice President Yemi Osinbajo on Tuesday about his presidential ambitions.
What Happened: In a statement made available to the Daily Post, Ayodele is warning the vice President of Nigeria not to run for president in 2023.
Follow up: Yesterday, on Monday, April 11, 2022, Professor Yemi Osinbajo declared his intention to run for the Nigerian presidential election in 2023.
What he’s saying: Primate Ayodele praised Osinbajo for announcing his candidacy, but said that he would never be Nigeria’s president.
