MandyNews.com obtained a memo revealing that the case will be heard on Monday, October 23.

It should be noted that on September 19, Atiku listed 35 grounds of appeal to contest the presidential election petition’s decision that confirmed Tinubu’s win.

On September 6, a panel of five justices, led by Justice Hassan Tsammani, rejected petitions by Atiku and Peter Obi of the Labour Party, citing lack of merit.

Moreover, Atiku sought permission from the Supreme Court to introduce new evidence from Chicago State University concerning the president.

He remains steadfast in his claims that there are inconsistencies and possible forgeries in Tinubu’s academic records and has urged the top court to unseat him.”
