The United Kingdom has finally decided to exempt from the entry ban for vaccinated travellers from the 12 countries in Africa, Nigeria, and South Africa, among others.
The motion was reported by daily mail on Monday, December 13 after Nigeria plans a reciprocal flights ban on Boris Johnson-led country over Omicron.
Though it’s just weeks since the UK travel red list was introduced, and the travel red list is set to be scrapped as soon as this week.

The United Kingdom entry ban will be removed starting from December 13. The conclusion has been made according to the report, Transport Secretary Grant Shapps advocated testing for fully vaccinated.
Which Countries Will Be Removed From Red List?
Travellers from the 12 African countries, Angola, Botswana, Eswatini, Lesotho, Malawi, Mozambique, Namibia, Nigeria, South Africa, Zambia, and Zimbabwe, who have been on the redlist, will be able to travel to the UK soon.
According to Transport Secretary Grant Shapps, travellers will need to present a fully vaccinated certificate.
