Woman Caught With Stolen Vehicle Claims To Be Beyoncé

A Mexican woman who was caught driving a stolen vehicle on Saturday 7 March, told Las Cruces police she was pop singer Beyoncé Knowles.

A lady named Surena Henry, 48 years old, of the 1400 block of Alamo Street, is charged with one count of the unlawful taking of a car, a felony, one count of concealing identity, a petty misdemeanor, and resisting or obstructing an arrest.

The stolen vehicle was taken from a Las Cruces residence sometime between 10 p.m. Friday and 7 a.m. Saturday.
