The 14th Emir of Kano Muhammadu Sanusi II who was dethroned on Monday, 9 March has vowed to challenge his dethronement and banishment in court
Sanusi lawyer, Abubakar Mahmoud (SAN), declared while briefing newsmen in Abuja.
He said the restriction of the Emir’s movement and his dethronement were unlawful and gross violation of his human rights and it as unconstitutional.
