The senator representing Abia South senatorial district, Enyinnaya Abaribe, has tackles the President of the Senate Ahmad Lawan over the approval of $22 billion external loan requested by President Muhammadu Buhari.
Due to the approval, there were arguments between lawmakers and the Senate president that lasted for over half an hour.
