Ukraine’s President Zelensky Prepares For Talks With Putin

Press Secretary of the President of Ukraine Serhiy Nikiforov said that Kyiv did not refuse to negotiate a ceasefire. 

Nikiforov stressed that the Ukrainian authorities agreed to negotiate with Russia.

According to him, the place and time of the meeting is now being approved.

Earlier, Russian Foreign Ministry spokes woman Maria Zakharova said that Ukraine had postponed a response on the talks until tomorrow. 

Sergei Nikiforov pointed out that the speed of starting a dialogue would increase the chances of resuming a normal life.
