Comrade Adams Oshiomhole has been suspended by a three-man panel of the Court of Appeal as Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), the report said on Tuesday.
After an Abuja High Court had early March ordered the suspension of Oshiomhole as APC National Chairman, appeal court affirmed the decision.
Justice Mohammed Lamido led judgement and the three-man panel dismissed Oshiomhole’s appeal for lacking in merit.
