Nigerian Grammy-award-winning singer, Burna Boy, set the stage ablaze on Saturday, with an electrifying performance at the Ataturk Stadium, minutes before the UEFA Champions League final kicked off.

Fans worldwide were thrilled by the performances of Burna Boy, Brazilian singer Anitta, and multi-platinum DJ and producer Alesso.

Global Superstars Anitta and Burna Boy Deliver Epic Performance

The UEFA Champions League Final Kick Off Show by Pepsi® was nothing short of spectacular. Burna Boy lit up the stage with riveting renditions of his global hits ‘Last Last’ and ‘It’s Plenty’, accompanied by drummers in outfits inspired by Nigerian fashion and a host of dancers carrying African-inspired flags.

Anitta, meanwhile, treated fans to her pulsating Latin-American rhythms, performing the global smash, ‘Envolver’, and her new single ‘Funk Rave’. Swedish DJ Alesso rounded off the evening with an unforgettable performance of his track, ‘Heroes (we could be)’, just moments before the match between Manchester City and Inter Milan began.

Alesso’s appearance was marked by mesmerising SFX and pyro moments which lit up the stadium. This year, fans also got the unique opportunity to participate in the Kick Off Show through the #PepsiKickOffShow TikTok challenge. Launched in collaboration with Burna Boy, the challenge allowed seven lucky winners to showcase their best dance moves as part of the Kick Off Show cast.

As the world’s most-watched annual sporting event, the UEFA Champions League final was transformed into a truly global entertainment platform by PepsiCo’s annual Kick Off Show.
