The prosecution in the rate against the suspended Chief Justice of Nigeria (CJN), Justice Wlater Onnoghen earlier than the Code of Conduct Tribunal (CCT) has applied for the issuance of a warrant of arrest on him (Onnoghen).
Lead prosecution attorney, Aliyu Umar (SAN) made the application on the resumption of proceedings on Wednesday morning.
Umar stated that Onnoghen has constantly absented himself from the tribunal when you consider that proceedings commenced on the charge in January this 12 months.
