The exhumation of Georgina Asor Botchwey’s dead remains took place on Tuesday, September 20 after the pastor led investigators to the room of Nana Crack, the Tufohene of Ekumfi Akwakrom.
According to reports, the two may have kidnapped her, had various sexual encounters with her, and then killed her.
The chief, who is presently on the run, had her buried in one of his chambers.

Cephas Arthur, a legislator from the region, requested that the inspector general of police (IGP) increase security in Mankessim and the surrounding area.

At the time of writing, the body of the deceased was placed in the mortuary at Cape Coast Teaching Hospital so that an autopsy could be performed.
