Nnamdi Kanu’s trial for treasonable felony and terrorism charges has been postponed until Wednesday, January 19, 2022.
The British-born Nigerian – real name Nwannekaenyi Nnamdi Okwu Kanu – was charged with a seven-count treasonable and terrorism count by the federal government of Nigeria.
On January 17, according to The Nation, he’s charges were amended and adding 10 counts to the counts in the old charge.
Meanwhile court directed Mr Kanu to meet with his lawyers inside the court room for some minutes before taking him into custody
