Mohamed Salah’s Egypt kicked off the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations with a 1-0 win over Zimbabwe on Friday night.

The Liverpool forward played the entirety of the tournament opener that was settled by Mahmoud Hassan’s 41st-minute strike.
