Volodymyr Oleksandrovych Zelenskyy says Ukraine wants peace but can’t negotiate in Belarus, which Russia is currently using to attack it.
The 44-year-old politician offers Istanbul, Warsaw, and Baku as acceptable venues. He says cities where missiles target Ukraine are unacceptable for talks.
“Warsaw, Istanbul, Baku – we offered Russia to hold talks in these cities, or any other city where missiles aren’t being launched at Ukraine,” he says.
