As he warned of the Kremlin’s invasion of Kiev tonight, he urged his citizens to brace themselves for the most difficult night of the conflict, claiming that the Kremlin forces will stomp tonight, pledging to end the war that has afflicted humanity.

On Friday evening, Russian troops closed in on the capital, and a gun battle was reported in Kiev, where Ukrainians claimed that Russian troops had landed at the airport, which had been virtually destroyed.

While Putin says he is willing to send a delegation to Minsk to hold talks with Ukraine, he lays out his condition that Ukraine first surrender, but Zelensky’s latest address to the nation suggests otherwise, as it prepares to fend for itself.
