Frank R. James, the suspect in a Brooklyn subway car shooting that left 29 people injured on Tuesday, was arrested by patrol law enforcement police officers, CNN reported.
The details: The New York Police Department took James from a person of interest to a suspect on Wednesday morning.
The 62-year-old James was accused of firing “several” rounds from a subway car as it approached the 36th Street Station in Sunset Park, Brooklyn, injuring a number of people but not killing anyone.
