The Supreme Court on Friday nullifies the judgement that convicted and sentenced the former Gov of Abia Orji Uzor-Kalu, to 12 years imprisonment.

A seven-man panel of justices led by Justice Amina Augie ruled that the Federal High Court that sat in Lagos, convicted Kalu without jurisdiction
