Wizkid is getting ready to introduce his new musical era. The Grammy-winning musician said that his brand-new track “Bad To Me” would be made available on September 14 in promotion of his upcoming fifth studio album.
The head of Starboy Entertainment, who is 31 years old, shared a pre-save link to the song on Apple Music and Spotify on Friday.
“Pre save Link! wizkid.lnk.to/badtome New Wizkid Music,” he wrote.
“Bad To Me” is expected to be the lead single from Wizkid’s highly anticipated album, More Love, Less Ego.
The album will follow his 2020 album, Made In Lagos, which included his hit single “Essence” featuring Tems. The song was nominated for Best Global Music Performance at the 64th Grammy Awards.
Although it has been almost two years since Wizkid released his most recent album, he has kept fans entertained with music videos for popular songs from his previous album, like “true love” and “Mood.”
In 2022, Wizkid collaborated with a range of artists including Burna Boy, Skepta, H.E.R., Ella Mai, Tay Iwar, Projexx, Tems, Damian Marley and Terri.
In 2021, he also received more than 50 honors, including gold and platinum awards.
